all device reset?

is it normal since today all my registered device reset and i have to add the key manually again?someone else had this

I know this thread is somewhat old but did you find a solution? Got now the same issue, after Im reaching all device limit 6 it asks me every time to login with the key... Its annoying and I couldnt find a solution yet
